My name is Kacey and I am a licensed esthetician, who specializes in full body waxing. I offer a variety of waxing services right here in O’Fallon, MO. My goal is to help people feel comfortable and confident in their own skin. I am passionate about what I do and am committed to helping people meet their hair removal goals. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY:
Any cancellation within 12 hours of your appointment time, or a no-show, will result in a fee of 50% of the total cost of the service(s) booked. The fee will be charged to the client's card on file. Fees are non-negotiable and will not be refunded, or credited to another appointment. I do understand that emergencies happen, however if you are unable to make it to your appointment, please contact Kacey at 314-681-5136.
LATE POLICY:
If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. I do understand emergencies happen, but if you are going to be 5-10 minutes late to your appointment, please contact Kacey at 314-681-5136. If you arrive after the 10 minute mark of your appointment and the service(s) cannot be completed due to tardiness, it will be considered a no-show, and the cancellation/no-show fee will be applied.
